SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cutting device and a chemical solution supply mechanism. The device housing is made in the form of a welded frame of the tubular section, in which wheels are mounted from the front under the frame, and a drive mechanism in the form of a hinged four-link chain consisting of lower, upper, front lateral, rear lateral links, is located above the frame. On the upper and lower links, areas with a capacity with a chemical solution supply mechanism and a cutting device in the form of a trimmer, mounted thereon, respectively, are rigidly fixed. In the rear housing part, handles with control elements in the form of flexible connections between the chemical solution injection and the cutting device, arranged thereon, are mounted. In the rear part of the hinged four-link chain, a handle for pulling it to a labour object is rigidly fixed.

EFFECT: reducing the labour consumption of the cutting process, reducing physical load on the operator when working and transferring the device, and increasing the productivity.
