SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of forestry and is intended for destruction of low-value species of deciduous trees during thinning. The device comprises a handle and the cutting unit and the feeding mechanism of chemical solution attached to the handle. The feeding mechanism of chemical solution is made with the ability to supply the chemical solution to the cutting unit. On the handle the cutting unit is mounted, consisting of a fixed part made in the form of a hollow cylinder, on which by bolt connection the stationary cutting element is rigidly fixed, made in the form of a nozzle with a set of flat blades, and the guide of the movable part of the cutting unit. The movable part of the cutting unit is made in the form of a rod, at which one free end the second cutting element is fixed with a set of flat blades, and at the other the second guide is rigidly fixed, which articulated to the control lever. Between the handle and the guide of the movable rod the spring is mounted.

EFFECT: simplified design and improved reliability of the device operation.
