FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: stock of the injection moulding machine comprises a front portion 1 of the smallest diametre for the piston, a rear portion 5 of the largest diametre connected to the machine pressing mechanism and a middle portion 4 with an intermediate diametre, a longitudinal channel 7 made dead in the front end of the stock. In the longitudinal channel 7 there is a tube 8 with a gap. The stock has transverse windows 10, 11, one of which extends into the gap between the tube and the longitudinal channel, and the other - into the longitudinal channel. The rear portion of the stock consists of a front element 12 with a spherical cavity at its end and a rear element 13 with a flat end located with a gap relative to the end face of the front element. The front and rear elements are connected by a union nut 14 located on the threaded surface of the rear element. A radial projection 15 is made on the front element 12, and a radial cavity corresponding to it is formed in the union nut.
EFFECT: increasing resistance of the piston and the pressure chamber by eliminating the misalignment of the stock and reducing the material consumption of the stock.
