SUBSTANCE: severity of hot flashes symptoms and severity of sweating symptoms is determined on a 10-point visual-analogue scale. Deficiency of melatonin secretion is detected using a questionnaire test for melatonin deficiency. The metabolite of 6-sulfatoxymelatonin is determined in two portions of urine. Serum is analyzed and the follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, prolactin, total testosterone, thyroid-stimulating hormone, insulin, glucose of blood are determined. The degree of climacteric syndrome severity is assessed. The period of woman's life is determined. The expected life expectancy is determined. The biological age is determined. The quality of life is assessed using the SF-36 questionnaire in conjunction with WHQ. In addition, progesterone is determined for women in the period of perimenopause. For women in the postmenopausal period, genitourinary menopausal syndrome and late metabolic disturbances are revealed.
EFFECT: method allows to reliably determine the state of a woman's health in the climacteric period due to the evaluation of the complex of the most significant indicators.
