SUBSTANCE: method for surgical treatment of dacryocele, consisting in the removal of the lacrimal tract cyst, located under the inferior nasal concha, characterized by the removal is carried out using rigid endoscopes with a diameter of 1.9 and 2.7 mm, length of 18 centimeters with a field of view of 45° and a straight, angular endonasal milling cutter of 2.9 mm Skimmer® Blade, 15°, with 13 cm microdebrider with a speed of 50-500 rpm, then probing of the lacrimal passages through lacrimal points, the lacrimal passages patency is judged by the appearance of the Bowman probe tip in the lower nasal passage, at the end of the intervention, the lacrimal passages are cleansed with an antiseptic solution and the inferior nasal shell is fixed in an elevated position for the early postoperative period by resorptive material insertion into the end of the inferior nasal shell.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the efficiency of treatment of lacrimal passages congenital obstruction, as well as to create anopportunity to intervene in children from the moment of birth, to simplify operations and to reduce the cost of treatment.
