FIELD: medicine, resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: automatic external cyclic heart massage is performed, with cycles consisting of the following two phases: compression and decompression of the chest; then the ventilator is turned on, performing cycles of air supply with "inhalation" and "exhalation" phases. The course of each "exhalation" phase of lung ventilation cycles is accompanied by a "compression" phase with the duration corresponding to the duration of the "exhalation" phase, and the deflection of the chest created in this case in the sternum is equal to its deflection formed during the implementation of the "compression" phase during cardiac massage.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of lungs ventilation due to a more complete active removal of exhaust air from them.
