SUBSTANCE: method for managing a technical system with parallel inclusion of control computers with procedure for redistributing computing power between subsystems containing parallel control computers and groups of functioning subsystems is that a group consisting of program procedures is introduced into the main control code of technical system. The first procedure redistributes processing power of control computers between all subsystems. The second procedure estimates the necessary level of consumption of computing resources of control computers from each separate subsystem. The third procedure evaluates the technical state of control computer.
