SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a server to determine the sequence of web browsing. Method includes an assessment of the first new web page associated with the first web resource server, an assessment of the second new web page associated with the second web resource server, discovery of these web pages for viewing, an assessment of parameter of the expected popularity and an expected decline in the popularity of the first and the second new web pages, defining the first and the second view utility parametersof the first and the second new web pages based on the parameter of the expected parameter of popularity and the expected parameter of decline in the popularity of the first new and second new web pages respectively, defining viewing sequence for the first and the second new web pages based on the first and the second view utility parameters, wherein the server gives a priority to a web page with higher view utility parameter, view of web pages with higher view utility parameter.

EFFECT: invention provides definition of the sequence new web pages browsing and acceleration for more relevant new web pages browsing.
