SUBSTANCE: hygienic paper distributor is proposed comprising a housing and a lid forming an inner area together to hold several rolls of hygienic paper therein. The distributor includes roll holders located in the inner region, each comprising a rear panel and a mandrel protruding from a rear panel on which the rolls are placed. The rear panels are rotatable relative to the housing between the locked position and the unlocked position. The distributor comprises a door which is designed with the possibility to move within the distributor delivering opening between the first position and the second position so that when the door is in the first position, it is possible to deliver the hygienic paper from the first roll of the hygienic paper installed on the first mandrel, and when the door is in the second position, it is possible to deliver the hygienic paper from the second roll of hygienic paper installed on the second mandrel. The door can not move to the other from the first position or the second position until the hygienic paper is exhausted, which is delivered. The method of delivering hygienic paper is proposed.
