SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispenser (1) for distribution of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper containing a body (2) that creates a receptacle vessel for either a roll of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper with central feed or a stack of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper. The body is designed to have the first distribution hole (3) for distribution of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper from the roll of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper and the second distribution hole (4) for distribution of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper from the stack of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper. The method for distribution of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper includes creation of a roll of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper with central feed and its feeding through the first distribution hole in the body or creation of a stack of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper and its feeding through the second distribution hole in the body.
EFFECT: dispenser is all-round in terms of type of sanitary and hygienic purpose paper used.
