SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fully liquid combined vaccine comprising a mixture of antigens to protect from diseases such as diphtheria (D), tetanus (T), acellular pertussis (aP), Haemophilus influenzae (Hib), hepatitis (Hep) and poliovirus (IPV) and also to a method for its preparation and use for the induction of an immunological response. The vaccine includes D, T, and aP antigens adsorbed on aluminium phosphate, a Hep antigen adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide, and a Hib antigen conjugated with a carrier protein selected from the group comprising tetanus toxoid, diphtheria toxoid, CRM 197 and the outer membrane protein Neisseria meningitides, or any equivalents thereof, wherein additionally IPV antigens are Salk strains selected from the group Mahoney type 1, MEF type 2 and Saukett type 3, or Sabin strains selected from the Sabin 1 or 2 group, and aP includes at least one antigen from the group, including pertussis toxoid (PT), filamentous haemagglutinin (FHA), pertactin (P69 or PRN) and fimbrial proteins (FIM 1, 2 and 3).
