FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: combined vaccines described in the invention contain diphtheria toxoid (D), tetanus toxoid (T), cell pertussis antigen (wP), surface hepatitis type B virus antigen (HBsAg), capsular saccharide Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) conjugated with a carrier protein, and capsular saccharide N. meningitidis, mainly serogroups A and C conjugated with a carrier protein; the carrier protein is tetanus toxoid. The weight ratio of saccharide to the carrier makes 1:2 to 1:4. A number of improved versions of said vaccines is disclosed. The vaccines can be compounded immediately before injection by mixing two components: (a) the first component including D, T, Pw and HBsAg antigens, and (b) the second component including Hib-conjugate and one or more meningococcal conjugates which are presented in an appropriate kit for the preparation of vaccine composition. The invention discloses a method for preparing the vaccine by mixing the vaccine components in a certain order and sequence.
EFFECT: preparing the improved vaccine combination against six types of infections for protection of patients; also, it shows high tolerability in children.
