FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for plasty of bone-softtissue osteomyelitic defects of nail phalanx includes radical surgical treatment of the osteomyelitis focus, formation of a cutaneous rotational flap with axial blood supply. At that, a flap is used on the own plantar digital artery, and on the hand - on the palmar digital artery. The bot cavity and soft tissue defects are replaced by the de-epidermal distal part of the flap.
EFFECT: method eliminates the purulent-destructive focus, prevents the relapse of the osteomyelitic process and preserves the aesthetic shape and functionality of the finger.
