FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a sheet gasket material made of length not less than the perimeter of a pipe to be insulated, with the possibility of embracing the pipe. The gasket material is equipped for reinforcing with at least one removable curvilinear lining element of a solid sheet material, which repeats the shape of an insulated pipe. To fix the sheet gasket material to the pipe, tightening straps are used. The curvilinear lining elements are made with the possibility to be attached to the sheet gasket material by means of tightening straps. The device can be equipped with a segmented lodgment of a solid sheet material, repeating the shape of an insulated pipe. On the outer lodgment surface, tightening annular belts are fixed for embracing the insulated pipe perpendicularly to its axis and for ensuring a tight fit of the lodgment to the surface of the pipe with an insulating coating. The longitudinal lodgment edges are made extended to the outside.

EFFECT: device has a simple design, is easily and reliably mounted on a pipe and dismounted from it.
