FIELD: systems of radio communication with mobile objects.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication systems with mobile objects and can be used for data exchange via ground complexes with equipment of mobile objects, aircrafts in particular, and recipients of information from the air traffic control system. The technical result consists in increasing the reliability of communication, namely, the formation of warning signals about the upcoming "break" of communication due to the loss of line of sight and a decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the receiving device as a result of the influence of the reflection of radio waves from the Earth's surface, as well as protection from these processes. To do this, the generated signals are transmitted to the subscribers participating in the communication session for promptly changing the parameters of the software movement, in order to prevent the "break" of communication. On the mobile object, an onboard module for estimating the line-of-sight range and signal-to-noise ratio is introduced, and in the ground complex, a ground-based unit for estimating the line-of-sight range and signal-to-noise ratio, a calculator of parameters for organizing communications, and a unit for displaying information on organizing communications are introduced.
