SUBSTANCE: method of lubrication of the friction couple piston-cylinder of a two-stroke engine with an external combustion chamber including a lubricating fluid pump, a lubricant supply port, a lubricant supply channel into the piston lubrication fluid cavity, a piston lubrication fluid cavity, a lubricating fluid discharge channel from the piston lubricant cavity, a lubricating fluid discharge port and a piston-cylinder friction couple, is as follows: the lubricant moves along the route: lubricating fluid pump, lubricating fluid supply port and lubricant supply channel, piston lubricant cavity, lubricant discharge channel, lubricant discharge port, radiator in which the lubricant is cooled and re-enters the lubricating fluid pump. The lubricating fluid in the piston lubricant cavity creates a lubricating oil film surfaces of a piston-cylinder friction couple.
EFFECT: invention provides lubrication of the piston-cylinder friction couple by creating a lubricating fluid film on the surfaces of the piston-cylinder friction couple.
