FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the extraction efficiency of electrical energy from parallel-connected batteries of photoelectric converters is proposed, or by shunting the diode portion of the photoelectric converters due to shading, contamination and failure. The method consists in their matching by means of serial connection of additional power element with changeable electric characteristics therein, the nominal value of which is set from consideration of maximum power generation. The electric power is supplied to the additional power supply from the same batteries of photoelectric converters through a device providing galvanic isolation, or external source of electric energy.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of electric energy extraction.
