FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind-photoelectric stations. Power plant comprises central tower and rotor with rotary blades arranged between rigid annular disks and made with possibility of rotation around vertical axes by means of rotation drives, communication elements of annular disks with rotor hubs installed with possibility of rotation around longitudinal axis of central tower, and annular pontoon arranged with possibility of rotation around central tower and attached to lower annular disc, battery of photoelectric modules fixed on upper annular disc on its upper peripheral surface, having in each its point deviation of normal from side of rotor rotation axis by 5°…45°, dependent inverter installed on rotor, and current-transmitting unit installed coaxially with central tower. Battery of photovoltaic modules is formed from groups of photoelectric modules so, that each group includes adjacent modules, interconnected in series, and the groups are connected in parallel through the series voltage matching devices and are arranged along the perimeter of the upper annular disc with an angular pitch.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing output power, reducing failure rate.
