SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula : where each of R1 and R2 is independently R, R3' is R3 or -OSi(R)3 , R3 is -N(R)2 or -OR, R4 is a halogen, -N(R)2 or -OR, each R5 is independently a monodentate ligand, n is 0 or 1. Each R is independently hydrogen, an unsubstituted aliphatic group representing C1-20 alkyl, or optionally substituted phenyl, or two or three R groups with the same nitrogen atom together with the said nitrogen atom form an optionally substituted aryl ring containing no additional heteroatoms. A formula IX compound, a formula 1-c compound complex and a Lewis acid, a method for Z-selective olefines metathesis (versions), a method for formula 1-c preparation, a method for olefines metathesis reaction and compounds application (versions) are also provided. Oxoalkylidene tungsten complexes are catalysts for the combination of Z-selective metathesis of terminal olefines.
