FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the bedder-supports manufacturing for the large-sized ceramic products bakeout made of glass-ceramic of lithium aluminium silicate composition. Crystallized glass, or rejected after heat treatment products, or used bedder-supports, or castings of arbitrary shape, obtained from slips left in the makeup tanks of the mould equipment after the end of the set of glass-ceramic products until obtaining water slip with a density of 2.10÷2.20 g/cm3, with a grinding fineness with a residue on a sieve of 0.063 mm 7.1÷12.5% are crushed by the wet method. Workpieces in plaster moulds are formed. The moulded workpieces are dried in drying cabinets for 10÷20 hours at a temperature not more than 80 degrees Celsius, or under natural conditions for at least 48 hours.
EFFECT: simplification of the bedder-supports manufacturing.
