FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle comprises a body with a vortex chamber and a nozzle sleeve. The body is made with an inlet branch pipe with a hole coaxial with the inlet cylindrical chamber, a vortex chamber. The vortex chamber is coaxial with respect to the inlet chamber and has the form of a cylindrical cup having at least three tangential openings on the lateral surface. The apertures axes are located tangentially relative to the vortex chamber. A nozzle insert made of solid materials is located coaxially with the vortex chamber. Inside the liner, two calibrated holes are successively arranged and are coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber: a cylindrical hole and a conical hole that serves as a diffuser increasing the cone angle at the top of the liquid spray torch. An auger with helical blades is axially symmetric and coaxially attached to the bottom of the cylindrical cup of the vortex chamber from the side of the nozzle sleeve. Direction of the screw blades of the auger, axially symmetrically and coaxially attached to the bottom of the vortex chamber cylindrical cup, coincides with the direction of the flow twist in the vortex chamber/or with the back direction of the flow twist. Auger screw blades are located on it with an increase in their outer diameter away from the cylindrical cup bottom, fitting at the same time into the conical surface limiting them. A perforated divider in the form of a diffuser is attached to the conical hole coaxially and axially symmetrically to the nozzle sleeve of the vortex chamber. The conical surface forming the diffuser and the conical surface defining the auger screw blades are made equidistant.
