FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises operations: prepreg sheets from the carbon fibre impregnated with the binder are taken and cut onto the blanks of the stick elements in the form of handles and hooks. Further, a bag for the handles is formed separately by layer-by-layer packing of the cut blanks onto a fixed mandrel imitating the internal cavity of the article. Then the hooks and handles are combined into the sticks, removing the mandrel from the handles, while a nylon bag is placed in the empty cavity in the blank of the handle. The blanks of the sticks are placed in the moulds and their polymerization is performed by compression moulding by mould heating and feeding the specified pressure into a nylon bag to form an internal cavity in the article and then cooling the moulded sticks. Then, the moulded sticks are removed from the moulds and subjected to external finishing.
EFFECT: obtaining a simpler form of the future stick and ensuring the possibility of obtaining a high quality stick in the form of such physical and mechanical properties as strength and bending.
