FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of packet by means of continuous layerwise laying of reinforcing fiber material impregnated with binder, with alternation of transverse and longitudinal layers. Packet is passed through shaping draw plate. Prior to formation of packet internal film and the first transverse layer are laid onto continuously moving mandrels. Every longitudinal layer is laid by means of plate with drawdown openings. Openings are provided with provision of facets formation on product depending on configuration of its cross section, when packet is passed through shaping draw plate. Prepressing force is applied to packet. Product material is polymerised in single stage after laying of upper layer. Installation comprises spreading plate with drawdown openings arranged to provide formation of facets in product.
EFFECT: expansion of operational resources, wider range of product application areas due to realisation of conditions on provision of polythickness minimisation in walls of manufactured products.
