SUBSTANCE: composition of feeding stuff comprises corn starch in an amount of 40-70 wt % DS of the total composition weight and a protein source which represents a hydrolyzed protein. The corn starch contains at least 50% of native high amylose corn starch weight. The native high amylose starch has an amylose content of 50-70 wt % DS. A method for producing a composition of feeding stuff comprises mixing a source of protein, corn starch and water to form a mixture and then heating it. The proposed method provides reduced sensitivity of the resulting product to an elevated temperature.
EFFECT: feeding the fodder composition ensures the prevention of food allergies in animals.
