FIELD: control and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to volumetric and weight liquid density meters and strain gauges for their operation. A strain gauge for a volume-weight liquid density meter includes a flexible elastic pipe made in form of a bushing (1) made of a polymeric material, located inside the elastic frame (7), at least one means of measuring deformation (4), means of input (5) and output (6) connection with through holes, which are connected to the inlet pipeline and flow-sensing pipe, respectively. The bushing (1) is made with the possibility of airtight connection to the means of input (5) and output (6) connections with coaxial arrangement of adjacent holes, and the elastic frame (7) is rigidly connected to said means of connection with the possibility of preventing deformation of the strain gauge in the vertical direction when stretched or sleeve (1) compression. The elastic frame (7) is made with the possibility of a uniform distribution of stresses along the entire length of the sleeve (1), arising in its body during deformation.

EFFECT: ensuring high accuracy of liquid density measurement.
