FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aeromechanical measurements and can be used to measure the components of the aerodynamic force vectors and the moment acting on the model of aircraft propellers, helicopter propellers and ship propellers, tested in wind tunnels, basins and hydrochannels. Device comprises a hub connected to the engine, a rim for fixing the tested screw, connected to the hub by four packages of beams with glued strain gauges assembled into measuring bridges. Besides each package of beams consists of three or more beams with reduced stiffness of the central part. At that the beams are of non-prismatic shape and the lowering of the stiffness of the central part is ensured by the narrowing of the central part. Reduced stiffness of the central part is provided by the holes and cutouts of various sizes and shapes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of measuring loads on rotating propellers.
