FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle comprising a body 1 with a channel 2 for fuel supply, a spraying opening 3, a swirling chamber 4, a shut-off valve 5 which locking part is made in form of cylinder and upper part is provided with a limiter 6, is proposed. The body 1 consists of an upper part 8 and a lower part 9; three channels 7, 14 and 15 are made in the lower part 8 of the body, and the shut-off valve 5 is provided with a channel 22 for fuel supply to the swirling chamber 4 inclined to the axis of the shut-off valve. During the nozzle operation, due to the effect of fuel high pressure on the walls of the recesses 20 and 21, the moment of couple of forces occurs, as a result of which the shut-off valve 5 of the nozzle turns until the radial channel 15 is aligned with the channel 22, as a result of which fuel is fed into the swirling chamber 4 and into the combustion chamber of diesel engine. When the shut-off valve is turned through a rod 23 and a lever 24 a spring 29 of spring mechanism 27 is compressed. Upon completion of the injection, the rotation of the shut-off valve into the initial position is affected by releasing the spring 29 of the spring mechanism 27 through the lever 24 and the rod 23.
EFFECT: reduced wear of shut-off valve mating surfaces and the nozzle body, improved reliability and service life of diesel nozzle.
