FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel injection devices. Proposed spray tip for diesel engine has housing with channel to deliver fuel from high-pressure line into nozzle orifices. Nozzle valve installed in inner space of housing is provided with axial and radial channels. Upper radial channel of valve is located within the limits of high-pressure space and is connected by fuel delivery channel with high-pressure line. Nozzle valve whose lock part is made in form of cylinder is provided with low position limiter in upper part. Axial channel stopper is provided in lower part of valve. Undervalve space connected by leak-off fuel channel with low-pressure line of diesel engine fuel system is found in lower part of spray tip housing. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption , increased service life of nozzle spray tip. 1 dwg
