FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprises a base, a supporting platform and a resilient element made as a cylindrical equifrequent spring which is set between them. An object with variable process mass whose vibration shall be isolated is fixed at the supporting plate of the vibration isolator of the upper spring flange. The lower spring flange is fixed at the resilient base. The base is coupled with the lower platform of the vibration isolator by three poles with screws and elastic bushes coaxially set outside the poles. A cylindrical-conical damper is set under the resilient base of the lower spring flange. The damper is mounted on the lower platform of each vibration isolator by its cylindrical part. The conical part of the damper is connected to the resilient base of the spring. The damper is made in the form of series-connected or paralleled conical and cylindrical helical springs, the turns of which are covered with a layer of elastomer, for example polyurethane. In case of a parallel connection, the springs are placed coaxially. Inside the equifrequent springs there is a resilient-damping device made of elastomer.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of vibration isolation.
