FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises base, supporting platform and resilient element located between them made in form of cylindrical equifrequential spring. Object with variable process mass whose vibration shall be isolated is fixed at the supporting plate of the vibration isolator of the upper spring flange. Lower spring flange is fixed at the resilient base. Base is coupled with the lower platform of the vibration isolator by three poles with screws and elastic bushes coaxially set outside the poles. Cylindrical-conical damper is located under lower spring flange resilient base. Damper is mounted on the lower platform of each vibration isolator by its cylindrical part. Conical part of the damper is connected to the resilient base of the spring. Damper is made in form of series or parallel-connected conical and cylindrical helical springs, which turns are coated with elastomer layer, for example polyurethane. In case of parallel connection springs are arranged coaxially. Inside the equal-frequency spring the elastic-damping device in the form of cylindrical helical spring is located, which turns are covered with the polyurethane layer.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
