FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises a base, a supporting platform, and an elastic element arranged therebetween in the form of a cylindrical equifrequent spring. The lower spring flange is secured on a flexible base and the upper flange is secured on the supporting plate. A vibration-insulating object is fixed on the supporting platform by means of fastening elements. The platform is coupled with a supporting unit enclosing the adjusting bolts by nuts. The supporting unit is fixed on the supporting plate of the vibration insulator by adjusting bolts rigidly connected to bushings. Each bearing unit has vibration damping bushings mounted coaxially relative to the adjusting bolts. The flexible base is connected to the lower platform of vibration insulator by three hubs with screws and with elastic bushings arranged coaxially outside the hubs. A cylinder-taper damper is placed under the elastic base of the spring lower flange. The damper is in the form of series-connected conical and cylindrical helical springs, which turns are coated with polyurethane layer. The elastic base consists of alternating layers of elastic and vibration damping materials. An elastic damping device made of elastomer is placed inside the equifrequent spring.

EFFECT: increased vibration insulation efficiency.
