FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Double spring vibration insulator contains two oppositely arranged equal-frequency springs. Lower bases of the springs are fixed to the support plates of the upper and lower buffer devices. Upper spring bases through the flanges are connected to the additional spring-damping element, which is located coaxially to the springs. Each of the buffer devices consists of the support plate, on which the lower base of an equal-frequency spring rests. Base is connected to the lower platform of the buffer device by means of three racks with screws and to the coaxial external racks of elastic bushings. Under the support plate, symmetrically to the spring axis the cylinder-conic damper, which is mounted with its cylindrical part on the lower platform, is placed. Conical part of the damper is connected to the support plate. Damper is made in the form of a series of connected conical and cylindrical helical springs, the turns of which are covered with a layer of polyurethane.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
