METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HUMIC FERTILISER BASED ON BIOHUMUS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C05F3/00 C05F11/00

Abstract RU 2635449 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: vertical-shape seedling piles with a slope of 2-5° are formed by preparing an organic substrate with the subsequent implementation of a biothermal process in the piles. The substrate is populated with an industrial population of worms at the temperature of +30°C to -20°C, at the population zone temperature from +20°C to +30°C and the worm population density of 500-10,000 pcs. per 1 m2 of the pile surface. Between the seedling piles, across, feed insert-piles from fresh livestock and crop production waste are formed, so that they cover all the gaps between the seedling piles. The piles are aligned and watered. After that, the population of worms moves to the feed insert from fresh waste, the waste is contaminated with thermophilic and soil bacteria. After 60-62 days, after processing the waste of feed inserts, the populations of worms with larvae pass to the next feed inserts. The ripe seedling piles are sieved and separated. Empty seedling piles are filled with fresh unfermented livestock and crop production waste. The populations of worms with larvae pass into the last feed inserts, and the previous formed feed inserts become seedling piles. After watering, sieving and separating the seedling piles, liquid biohumus is obtained by mixing 1:1 of a liquid after watering and separated biohumus and activated biohumus. To the latter, vine ash is additionally added at the rate of 2 l per 100 l of the solution, infused for 7-10 days and filtered with the possibility of cutting swollen worm coprolite with filter filaments.

EFFECT: simplifying the technology for processing livestock and crop production waste, improving the quality and reducing the time of a humic fertiliser production.
