SUBSTANCE: method for differential rapid diagnosis of bovine brucellosis, which includes the study of animal sera in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a specific antigen from typical brucellosis of the form abortus, OPS antigen and recombinant protein G conjugate, is characterized in that the sera are tested in parallel indirect and competitive methods Enzyme immunoassay using OPS antigen as a competing agent, and the interpretation of the results is carried out according to the formula Koe=D1/D2*100, where D1 is the optical density measured in the well containing the OP-C antigen; D2 is the optical density measured in a well containing no OP-C antigen; Keo is the coefficient determining the degree of epizootic hazard in the brucellosis of the animal from which the studied serum sample was obtained, and at 0≤K≤60 - the absence of an epizootic hazard in brucellosis in the animal; 61≤K≤100 and higher - the presence of an animal with a high epizootic risk for brucellosis.
