FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of thermocyclic boron-caloring of steel products includes boron-caloring of steel product in active coating containing boron carbide, aluminium and sodium fluoride. Boron-caloring is performed for 8 cycles. At each cycle, heating is carried out up to 950°C, holding for 15-20 minutes and cooling to 640-650°C.
EFFECT: increase heat resistance of the boron-calored layer and production of fine-grained structure in base metal.
