FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: reactor is a hollow cylindrical body, in the lower part of which there are an inlet branch pipe connected to a diffuser for uniform distribution of the raw material in the reactor volume and a branch pipe with a pocket for the thermocouple, and in the upper part there is a branch pipe, and with the help of an unscrewing cover a porous ceramic catalytic converter is fixewd, made of a material produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis from the burden of composition, wt %: Ni-45, Al-5, Co3O4 - 50, and hydrogen reduced in current, which is a tube with a deaf upper end, in the central channel of which there is a hydrogen-selective membrane based on a palladium-containing alloy in the form of a thin-walled tube in a spiral with the possibility of transferring ultra-pure hydrogen through it to the outlet branch pipe, a gas line for the removal of ultra-pure hydrogen, a gas line for the extraction of synthesis gas and other products, and a gas line for introducing the carrier gas are connected to the outlet branch pipe.
EFFECT: highly efficient production of ultra-pure hydrogen with high yield and synthesis gas in one plant and in one process.
