FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the synthesis gas production installations by steam reforming, and can be used in the oil and gas industry. Proposed is installation, including reformer 1 with filled with the steam reforming catalyst 4 reaction zone 2, which houses the catalytic heater 3 with the hydrogen-selective heat-conducting partition and the oxidation catalyst 4, recovery heat exchanger 5, as well as the oxygen-containing gas supply system with the gas blower 6, cooler 7 and the heat exchanger 8. During the installation operation, the water-hydrocarbon feed mixture 9 is heated in the refrigerator 7, recovery heat exchanger 5, and directed to the reformer 1, where, in contact with the catalyst 4, in the reaction zone 2 the synthesis gas is produced, which is discharged through the heat recovery exchanger 5. Hydrogen from the synthesis gas diffuses through the partition wall and in the presence of the oxidation catalyst 4 is contacting with the supplied by the gas blower 6 oxygen-containing gas after heating in the heat exchanger 8. Released during the hydrogen oxidation heat is heating the reforming catalyst 4 in the reaction zone 2, and the resulting exhaust gas 12 is cooled in the heat exchanger 8 and the refrigerator 7, and mixed with air 13 to replenish consumed for the hydrogen oxidation oxygen. After the gas blower 6, the balance gas 14 is discharged.
EFFECT: increase in the heating temperature, reducing energy consumption and ensuring explosion safety, as well as increasing the synthesis gas output and optimizing its composition.
