FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: integrated membrane-catalytic reactor is a hollow cylindrical body, in the lower part of which an inlet branch for feedstock supply and a branch with a well are located, in the upper part of which an exit branch and a porous ceramic catalytic converter secured by a twist-off cap are located, wherein a gas line for ultrapure hydrogen output, a gas line for synthesis gas and other products output and a gas line for carrier gas input are connected with the exit branch. The catalytic converter is made of a material obtained by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis from the burden of the following composition, wt %: Ni - 45, Al - 5, Co3O4 - 50, and hydrogen reduced in the current and represents a tube with a dead upper end, in the central channel of which there is a hydrogen-selective membrane based on the palladium-containing alloy in the form of a spirally wound thin-walled tube with the possibility of transferring ultrapure hydrogen through it to the exit branch.
EFFECT: obtaining ultrapure hydrogen with high yield and synthesis gas in one plant and in one process.
