FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the proceeding with the hydrogen-containing catalysate production endothermic catalytic processes implementation devices: reforming, light hydrocarbons aromatization, hydrocarbons steam reforming, and may find application in the oil and gas industry. Proposed is device including the catalytic heater 1 in the form of filled with an oxidation catalyst tubular element, by the hydrogen selective heat-conducting partition separated from the reaction zone 3, gas blower 4, refrigerator 5 and recuperative heat exchanger 6. During the device operation, the heated raw material 8 is supplied to the reaction zone 3, and the conversion products 9 are removed. Through the hydrogen-selective heat-conducting partition part of the hydrogen from the reaction zone enters the oxidation catalyst layer, where it is contacting with the oxygen-containing gas supplied by the gas blower 4 after heating in the recuperative heat exchanger 6. Released during the hydrogen oxidation heat is heating the reaction zone 3, and formed during the hydrogen oxidation water vapors containing resulting off-gas 11, is cooled down in the recuperative heat exchanger 6 and refrigerator 5, if necessary, separating the water condensate, and mixed with air 12 for the oxygen chemical consumption replenishment. Balance gas 13 is removed.
EFFECT: increase in the heating temperature, reduction of energy consumption and ensuring the device explosion safety.
