FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to a nickel based welding material, and can be used when welding superalloys based on nickel and cobalt. Precipitation strengthened nickel based welding material for fusion welding of superalloys based on nickel or cobalt contains, wt%: cobalt from 5 to less than 14, chromium 5–25, aluminum 1–6, carbon 0.05–0.2, boron 0.015–0.4, silicon 1–3, tungsten and/or molybdenum 1–20, at least one element selected from the group comprising titanium, zirconium, hafnium, tantalum and rhenium in the amount of 1–18, nickel and impurities – the rest. Said welding material can be used as an additive welding material in the repair of parts of elements of turbine engines made of a superalloy based on nickel or cobalt.
EFFECT: weld seams, obtained using precipitation strengthened nickel based welding material, are characterized by high values of strength, resistance to oxidation, and do not contain cracks.
