SUBSTANCE: gear wheel contains a body and a tooth ring with teeth, at the ends of which a pair of annular linings is fixed, the width of which is commensurable with the height of the teeth. The mating of the roots of the teeth and the body of the gear wheel is performed without the transition fillets. In the parts of the gear wheel body adjacent to the circumference of the bases of the tooth ring, radially oriented cutouts are made, the profile of which is mating to the profile of the lateral surfaces of the teeth.

EFFECT: increase the reliability and reduce costs for the production of the gear heel.
