FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body in the form of a disk and a toothed rim with teeth on the ends of which there is a pair of circumferential butt with an inner diameter not smaller than the diameter of the circumference of the toothed rim base. Mating of side surfaces of the teeth and the gear wheel body is made without transition fillets. Around the perimeter of the body disk, in the sections of both ends thereof, there is a pair of equal-sized and symmetrical cut-outs oriented radially. Each cut-out is formed by three secant planes, two planes are perpendicular to disk end, oriented radially and conjugated with side surfaces of adjacent teeth along the circumference of the toothed rim bases, and the third plane passes through the line connecting the points of intersection on the side plane of symmetry of the gear wheel of side surfaces of these teeth with the gear wheel body, and is oriented towards the side of the body with inclination towards the center of the gear wheel.
EFFECT: improved quality of the lubrication process, reduction of gear wheel production cost.
