SUBSTANCE: compressor 100 comprises a piston 116 located in a housing and is reciprocable in said housing by means of an electromagnetic drive 132. The compressor contains the piston located in the cylinder with the possibility of reciprocating movement. A mobile unit is connected to the piston. The electromagnetic drive is configured to provide reciprocating movement of the movable unit. There is an accumulator connected to the mobile unit. The accumulator is configured to accumulate kinetic energy of the motion generated when moving the mobile unit in the first direction and with the possibility of delivering the kinetic energy of the motion as the mobile unit moves in the second direction.
EFFECT: decreased force that provides drive 132 to accelerate unit 140.
