SUBSTANCE: device comprises a patient accommodation box, a cryogenic gas preparation unit connected thereto, a refrigerant supply unit connected to the cryogenic gas preparation unit and comprising the first refrigerant container, a ventilation unit for cryogenic gas removal, and a control unit. The device is equipped with temperature sensors placed in the patient accommodation box at its full height, with outputs connected to the corresponding inputs of the control unit. The refrigerant supply unit is further provided with the second refrigerant container located on the electronic scales and is configured to dispense the refrigerant from the first container to the second container.

EFFECT: reduced refrigerant flow and ability to control the temperature throughout the height of the patient accommodation box.
