SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for cryoextreme impact on skin. A cryotherapeutic device contains a vertically located cabin with a door, a system for a cryogenic gas preparation and devices for its supply to the cabin, and a control unit. When the door is closed, the cabin forms a closed thermally insulated cavity with a hole on the lateral surface in the form of a window for the patient's face, edged with a soft elastic material to provide hermetic contact with the patient's face. Means for supplying the cryogenic gas to the cabin include nozzles and channels placed in the cabin in at least two vertical rows, connecting the said nozzles with the system for the cryogenic gas preparation, with a pressure relief valve being installed in the upper part of the cabin.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to provide the uniform temperature gradient inside the cabin, increase the area of cryogenic impact and eliminate the possibility of penetration of the cryogenic gas into the patient's upper airways and lungs.
