FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a high-voltage unit, an inverter, and an indication and control unit. In this case, the high-voltage unit includes a cooling unit, an on-duty power supply, an inverter control unit, a measurement unit with voltage, current and temperature sensors and a galvanic isolation unit, wherein the inverter unit and the on-duty power supply are connected to the network. The on-duty power supply is connected to the cooling unit, the inverter control unit and the indication and control unit, and the indication and control unit is connected to the measurement unit for controlling the output parameters of the power unit by means of the inverter control unit. The cooling unit includes a liquid cooling system of a high-voltage unit and a system of forced air cooling of the power modules of the inverter unit. The liquid cooling system contains a liquid pumped dielectric. The high-voltage unit contains a pulse transformer and a voltage tripler.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability, safety in operation, and also to increase the replication of the switch on and improve the controllability of the tests by measuring the current.
