FIELD: current conversion systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to current conversion devices. The intelligent power module of the voltage converter contains a cooler with IGBT modules installed on it, connected to low-inductive and phase buses, drivers, voltage and temperature sensors. The power module additionally contains a controller. In this case, the low-inductive DC bus contains contacts for connecting capacitors located directly near the IGBT modules. The phase buses are located between the DC buses. The converter system contains at least two intelligent power modules connected directly to each other, forming a common DC bus and a distributed control system. EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of the power module of the voltage converter.
