FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compact plants (instruments) that allow testing the insulation of electrotechnical objects by high AC voltage of 50 Hz and DC voltage, maximum output voltage of up to 10 kV. The plant is installed in a single housing, inside which there is a power supply unit, a control unit equipped with a timer, a measuring unit installed in the direct proximity of the high-voltage block, a voltage regulator, a temperature unit. The high-voltage block is designed as a sealed block with double insulation in the form of a hollow plastic housing filled with a liquid dielectric and further includes a high-voltage rectifier, high-voltage bulk capacitors, a limiting resistor, a high-voltage discharge device and hydraulic connectors for connecting to a forced cooling liquid system, and is equipped with an integrated high-voltage connector for connecting to the test object. The connection of the measuring unit and the control unit is done via a digital serial interface through a galvanic isolation. The power supply unit is connected only to the control unit. The input of the control unit is connected to the output of the measuring unit, the output of the control unit is connected to the input of the voltage regulator and the power input of the measuring unit. The input of the measuring unit is connected to the output of the voltage divider of the high-voltage unit, the output of the voltage regulator is connected to the input of the high-voltage unit, simultaneously the voltage regulator and the high-voltage block are connected to the temperature unit, the output of which is connected to the inputs of the forced cooling air system and the forced cooling liquid system. The output of the forced cooling air system affects the voltage regulator and the forced cooling liquid system. The output of the forced cooling liquid system is connected to the hydraulic input of the high-voltage block. The plant has two current inputs for an earthed and unearthed load. The plant has a digital serial channel of transmitting the measured digital values of current and voltage to the control unit for their mathematical processing.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality and parameters of measured electrical values, increasing the efficiency of detection of places with insulation defects, reducing labor intensity in a series of similar tests and the convenience of testing with a safety improvement of personnel and a significant increase in the accuracy and reliability of the measured parameters.
