SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by applying a task event processing, comprising the following stages: creating two function buttons for the task event and adding two function buttons to the state element corresponding to the task event in the status bar. The task event contains a task event in the form of a missed call or a task event in the form of an SMS message, two functions contain a function callback button and an answer button; and obtaining a contact number in the task event as the called number when an action on the function call button is detected by activating the task event function module in the background mode, exploited by the user, and calling the called number by activating the callback module of the telephone call application program in the background mode.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of viewing and processing task event.
