FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: milk gowan roots are milled, extracted three times by virtue of the hot purified water with the ratio of raw material: extraction solvent 1:10, wherein the flask with the raw material and extraction solvent are placed in the ultrasound bath. After extraction, the plant material is separated by dint of the filtration. The water-soluble polysaccharides are sedimented by triple amount of 95% ethyl hydroxide while stirring. Cooling in the deep-freeze unit, the precipitate is filtered through the pre-dried ashless paper filter under vacuum. The filter precipitate is systematically elutriated in the purified water by 95% ethyl hydroxide solute and by ethyl acetate and 95% ethyl hydroxide mixture. The filter with precipitate is dried till fixed-mass.

EFFECT: gain in target product yield and water-soluble polysaccharides extraction process time reduction.
